- Offers: Offers are valid only for the period specified on the website. Honest Honey reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
- Errors: Honest Honey is not liable for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions. If an error is discovered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Orders
- Acceptance: Orders are only final upon confirmation by Honest Honey. We reserve the right to decline orders without providing a reason.
- Incorrect Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the ordering process. Honest Honey is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect details.
- Contract Formation: A purchase agreement is concluded once Honest Honey confirms your order via email.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices: All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
- Payment Methods: Honest Honey accepts payments via iDEAL, credit card, and other methods specified on the website.
- Non-Payment: If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Honest Honey reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Delivery
- Delivery Times: Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Honest Honey is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including carriers.
- Delivery Partners: Orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, risk transfers to the customer.
- Shipping Errors: If a package is undeliverable due to an error in the address provided, additional shipping costs may be charged.
- Inspection: Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods for damage. Any issues must be reported to Honest Honey within 48 hours.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Retourrecht)
- Withdrawal Period: Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 1 day of placing the order without providing a reason.
- Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us via email (info@honesthoney.nl)
- Return Process: Defected products must be reported within 2 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs (if any) for the initial delivery will be refunded if the entire order is returned.
- Exceptions: Open items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
8. Warranty and Complaints
- Warranty: Honest Honey guarantees that products meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
- Defects: If a product is defective, you must notify us within 2 days from the day of delivery.
- Complaints Process: Complaints can be submitted via email (info@honesthoney.nl). We aim to respond within 14 days.
9. Liability
- Honest Honey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Honest Honey is not responsible for incorrect use of the products or taking large portions of the products at once.
- All products must be used in accordance with usage instructions
- Honey and honey products must not be used for children under one year
- Customer if responsible for the ensuring storage and taking the correct dose of the products
- In the event of direct damages, our liability is limited to the value of the product causing the damage.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Force Majeure
Honest Honey is not liable for non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or interruptions in transportation or communication networks.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
